This beautiful 2 bedroom top floor holiday apartment is available for short term rentals. It’s located in a quiet residential area of Benahavis Village (Pueblo) close to all the local restaurants and bars and has fantastic mountain views and is suitable for up to 4 people.
The Rooms
The property consists of an indoor dining area, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee machine and oven), living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) and a luxurious bathroom with large walk in shower with toilet.
The Outside Space
In addition, there’s a terrace with two sun loungers, outside table for alfresco dining, 4 chairs and a sun blind to keep you chill in the summer heat.
Communal Swimming Pool
The apartment has a shared communal pool and free on-street parking and is located only a few minutes walk (250m) from the shops, restaurants, bars and parks of Benahavis Village.
The Facilities
The property also boasts air conditioning and heating although it’s quite naturally cool even in summertime. Free superfast fibre Wi Fi internet throughout. Other facilities include ceiling fans to both bedrooms, hairdryer, ironing board, microwave, flat screen internet enabled TV, Bluetooth Hi Fi for music streaming and DVD Player.

Bedroom 1
has a King Size double bed with double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bed side tables with lamps. It also has a ceilings fan and views to the mountain.
Bedroom 2
has twin beds, a double wardrobe and bed side tables .
Living Room & Dining Room
The living area has a large sofa and armchair with TV and DVD player. There’s a Hi Fi with Bluetooth streaming for music. The Dining Area has seating for 4 people.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, sink, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, small microwave oven, toaster, fridge and small freezer.
Bathroom
has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink with large mirror. There is also a hairdryer and first aid kit available.
Benahavis Village (Pueblo)
The village itself is home to many arts & crafts studios where locally made items are displayed and will make a welcome souvenir gift to friends. The narrow streets are adorned with flowers and beautiful buildings.
However, Benahavis’ claim to fame is its superb variety of restaurants from small family-owned cafés providing delicious homemade tapas to fine dining some of which feature a 5-course tasting menu at a very affordable price.
Lunch or dine at a relaxed pace and maybe afterwards stroll through the pretty streets and take in the delights of this gorgeous part of Andalucia. Or meander back home for coffee and maybe a brandy on the terrace. If you enjoy your food, the mountains and nature this is the place to come.
It was a firm favourite of Princess Diana, who often visited as a guest at the Goldsmith family’s home just outside the village. Many other celebrities have chosen to enjoy this special area including Michelle Obama in 2010.
Location of Holiday Property
A visit to Benahavis is an experience never forgotten. Close to the coast (10 mins drive) this white washed gastro village is set in very beautiful scenery and offers a relaxing ‘get-away-from-it-all’ holiday. The busy resorts of Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona are also all only a 15-20 mins drive away.
Surrounding Area
Close to the village is the Guadalmina reservoir with a wide variety of wildlife and from which the Guadalmina river flows spectacularly to the Mediterranean. The river itself provides the setting for many different activities from walking, fishing or just enjoying a picnic and cooling your feet in its cool waters. For the more active there is climbing and mountain biking. There are also many golf courses along the Costa del sol to choose from all very close by.
