* Availability – If The Booking.com website says it’s available it’s definitely available (at that moment) as it’s a live booking system. However, sometimes in the low season or around Christmas I may not make it available via the Booking.com website as I might hold it for myself in case I want to use it but may still be open to offers so please message me anyway! I usually release the following year’s availability about 1 year before on Booking.com but if you want to book further into the future do contact me as I may take a booking subject to how far into the future it is.
Prices -are for the whole apartment up to 4 people to stay in the 2 bedroom apartment and includes the cleaning, bath & beach towels and laundry costs at the end of your stay and FREE Fast Fibre WiFi (100 Mb speed) and most UK Freeview TV channels.
One Bedroom ONLY required? – It may be possible (in lower seasons) to get a small discount (mainly due to reduction in the laundry costs) if you only require one bedroom (either twin beds or double).
Peak Summer Season – During the peak season (July, August and early September) the apartment is usually only available for a minimum booking of one week or more. Some exceptions (e.g. last minute bookings) may be made so feel free to enquire anyway.
Short Term Stays & Long Weekends – For stays of 3 nights (minimum stay) or more or other bespoke lengths of stay please enquire for a quote. Do remember that very short stays can become expensive per night due to the cleaning and laundry costs.
Check-in/out time – Check out is at 10am and check in from 3pm onwards (where I have other guests leaving or arriving the same day). Early or late check-ins or check-outs may be possible subject to when other guests are arriving or leaving.
Check-in/out time flexibility – This is changeable on request (usually confirmed the day before check in/out) should the apartment be free before or after but may be subject to extra charge for very early or late check-in/out.
Pets – It may be possible to allow pets subject to pre-approval, please request with details.
